Sorry about the previous one. I didn't see the "New Members Go Here First" above the welcome center.
Had to get that stuff done. Now I'm introduction myself. hehe.
I'm Nolat (my name says Talon at the moment, I need to change it). I found this site on PBS, thought I'd check it out.
I have a question though. Are you using a transparency board highlight code here? Because the grey board highlight doesn't go away after my curser leaves the board. That is caused by not having board cells collasped or invisable. (Same problem happened with me).
Anyways, yeah, hi!

uh... this is a probaords site, most of the stuff isnt as high tech as you said, and Im sure that mike is using this proboard site because he doesnt know how to program a web forum, but I know a little about what your talking about. Proboards, is a forum host that allows you to own a basic message board with minimal adjustments available. So, in short, you are correct in most of your assumptions.

Well actually, I have multiple proboards forums myself, and I do quite a bit of coding. (more so tinkering then actual coding from scratch). But you can customize a PB forum quite a lot. Granted, there are limits.
Such as the code to change the default scroll bar color, collapsing of categories when using a transparent cell highlight, moving the ads above the banner, breaking apart categories, and ect.
But this is a nice forum, and I think the admin did a pretty good job.
