Mon Calamari is the one of the principle shipyards used by the New Republic so shouldn't it have a higher RP rating?

Not really if you look at the other planets. Corellia only has 50, half the amount of Mon Cal which seems about right.

I tried my best to make it all fair and i gave the capitals the most points based on the fact they are the capital also i did not want to make it to easy to get new ships so i tried my best to get as close as possible
